I've devoted the better part of my life developing properties, building homes, remodeling and repairing homes...and (now) inspecting homes....of all types, all ages, all price ranges and for all types of people. I like what I do...and feel thankful and priviledged for what I've done and the experiences that I have to lend. I like working with people who care (a lot) about their home. This interaction and the communication process is the primary motivating factor for doing what I do. I'm not for everybody. My niche is performing an inspection for those who want more information in making decisions that are important to them. I'm unwilling to do less of an inspection for less...it's my standard and my challenge to defend.
